How is the voucher delivered?

Can I print the voucher to give as a present?
Yes. The voucher email links to a printable copy, so you can print it or save it as a PDF to put in a card.

They send their voucher code and preferred tour and date through our redemption page, and we confirm the booking by email, usually within 1 working day.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, vouchers can't be returned, but they never expire. See our returns policy.
