Gift voucher returns

Gift vouchers are unique custom-made items and are delivered instantly by email, so we do not allow returns on them.

Refunds

Customers have a 24-hour window following purchase to request a refund. Such refunds are processed back to the original card within 28 days.

Delivery

All gift vouchers are delivered instantly by email — there is no postal option. Please double-check the recipient's email address at checkout.
