What we collect

When you buy a gift voucher, send an enquiry or chat with us, we keep the details you give us — your name, email address, phone number if you add it, your message and, for vouchers, the recipient's name and email. We use them only to deliver your voucher, arrange your tour and reply to you.

Payments

Card payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Cookies and similar technology

With your permission (the banner you see on your first visit) we use:

Google Analytics — to count visits and see which pages are useful.
Google Ads measurement — if you arrived by clicking one of our ads, we remember that click for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads lead to bookings and voucher sales.

If you reject cookies, neither is stored in your browser and Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings.

The live chat remembers your open conversation in your browser so you can pick it up again — that is needed for the chat to work and is not used for tracking.

Who else handles your data

Our website and records are hosted by Cloudflare, emails are sent through Resend, and payments are processed by Stripe. Each acts only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Voucher and booking records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and to honour your voucher. You can ask us to delete your enquiry details at any time.
