Send your request
Fill out the form below with your voucher code and preferred date and time. We book you on by hand, so this is a request rather than an instant confirmation.

We confirm by email
We'll reply with your booking confirmation — usually within 1 working day, though it can occasionally take a little longer.
Redemption request
Include your voucher code and we'll take care of the rest. We usually reply within 1 working day.
Request received
Thanks — we've emailed you a confirmation and will book you on and reply usually within 1 working day, though it can occasionally take a little longer.
Voucher questions, answered
What if the tour costs more than my voucher?
No problem — you can top up the difference. Just send your request as normal and we'll email you a secure payment link for the balance.
What happens to leftover credit?
It stays on your voucher code. Remaining credit can be used on further tours in the future — our vouchers never expire.
