This 90-minute experience takes you to 56 North, a working distillery and gin bar in central Edinburgh and one of Scotland's oldest gin bars. Your host talks you through the detailed process of how gin is made, turning the tasting into an educational session. Along the way you enjoy a welcome gin and tonic, a gin cocktail and three South Loch gin samples served with premium mixers.
