This two-hour experience takes you behind the scenes at the Edinburgh Beer Factory, one of the city's most esteemed breweries. Your guide doubles as a professional brewer, explaining how the beer is crafted as you tour the working brewery. Along the way you taste unfiltered beer drawn straight from the tanks and enjoy two glasses of the brewery's well-regarded Paolozzi lager, accompanied by snacks. You will also hear the story of Scottish Pop Art pioneer Eduardo Paolozzi, who inspired the brewery. The small-group tour is delivered in English and includes a voucher for the gift shop.
